Payment and delivery

Free shipping on orders over NOK 1500.

Prices below NOK 1500:​

  • Standard shipping - NOK 73. (1-4 days)

  • Home delivery - NOK 199. (1-4 days)

  • Another - The price is calculated individually (you have to indicate the desired delivery service in the comments)

 ARE THERE ADDITIONAL TAXES AND FEES?

Yes, taxes are included in the price of the product

WHICH CURRENCY DO YOU TRADE IN?

  • Scandinavian Style AS / Lashshop.no has its roots in Norway and we must charge in Norwegian kroner (NOK) 

HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

  • Orders are sent the same day if they are ordered before 10:00 (am)

  • How long it takes to ship depends on where you live and whether you have entered the correct address and name. Posten only delivers and sends on weekdays. So if it is ordered in ila. a weekend, it will be sent by post next Monday.

WHEN MUST THE PACKAGE BE PICKED UP AT THE POST OFFICE?

  • You have two weeks to collect your parcel at your nearest post office. If you don't, it will be returned to us. These are Posten's regulations. In addition, you will be invoiced with a fee of NOK 175 for the shipping cost. Picking up at our permanent outlet is free and must be picked up within 5 working days. Remember to bring the order confirmation, either on paper or electronically.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES OFFER?

  • Card payment (nets):  If you choose NETS, you can safely pay by card.

  • Invoice COMPANY (nets):  If you make sure to enter your company name and company number, you can select NETS and then you will be forwarded to a page where you can select Afterpay 30 days company. The invoice will then be sent to your e-mail.

  • CASH: It is possible to pay in cash only when picking up from the store

WHERE CAN I FIND THE INVOICE OR RECEIPT AFTERWARDS?

If you press  (HERE)  you can download receipts for all your purchases at Lash Shop. If you have chosen payment in cash, you can get a receipt in the store

  • 🏢 Visit us: Karl Johans gt. 5, 0154 Oslo. We have some main products available for sale in the store, and you can pick up your items here if you order. It is important to wait until you are notified that it is ready.

CAN I CANCEL, CHANGE OR RETURN MY ORDER?

You must get in touch if you want any of this, but it may be possible.

  • If the order has not been sent, it can be cancelled.

  • If you want to add something to your order and it has not been sent yet. You can then make a new order, where you choose to collect the products from us. And notes which order the goods should be sent with. Please call us to make sure they are shipped together. If this is late at night, send us an email.

  • - Return window: 14 calendar days from receipt.

  • - Conditions:  
    - Items must be unused, in original packaging (with seals intact).
    - Non-returnable:  
       - Brushes, tweezers, or tools with signs of use.  
       - Opened hygiene-sealed products.
    - Exceptions: Manufacturing defects (see Defective or Incorrect Items ).
    - Shipping costs: Non-refundable.
    - Return shipping: Paid by the customer.  

  • Refund Process  
    - Processing time: Up to 5 business days (up to 30 days in rare cases).
    - Refund method: Issued to the original payment method within 5 days of approval.

 

  • Defective or Incorrect Items  

- Damaged/defective items:  
- Record an unboxing video – speeds up resolution.
- Email lashshop.no@gmail.com with subject: *"Order #[XXX] – Defective"*.
- Our mistake (wrong item shipped):
- Free replacement or full refund.
- All orders are packed under video surveillance for accuracy.
